1. The problem

   Friday Pilots Club already had ears on streaming and socials; what they did not have was a surface that turns attention into tickets. Fans arriving from a release or a live clip need the calendar, a waitlist for sold-out rooms and a way to get presale codes before the show fills — not a link-in-bio hop that drops them out of the funnel.

2. The approach

   Full-viewport hero with floating release cards over a particle field that shifts once playback starts; the live page built as a hard-edged date list with waitlist and wired email capture; catalogue and merch kept on the same owned surface so a fan who came for a song can leave with a show.
